The customer can return any un-opened product back to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. After the 15 day period we will require an additional 25% restocking fee on any returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for any return products. It is recommended that the customer uses some sort of insurance or tracking service with their return for we are not responsible for any lost shipment and cannot fulfill a return without getting the actual product back to us.
